Can anyone help me with drawing Naruto manga/anime and working photoshop?

If anyone can help me with drawing Naruto magna/anime, I would greatly appreciate it and can you plz help me on how to work photoshop. I really need some help. If you know any books, websites or tips plz tell me! I need desperate help and I do not know where to begin.

    I don’t know how to help you off hand, because I don’t know what you are trying to do, but here is a website that I think can help you. And on drawing Naruto manga, just start by getting a picture of who you want to draw and draw it step by step. Its really not that hard.
