Standard monitor brightness settings for a Cintiq21UX?

I suppose I should ask what the standard temperature, brightness, and contrast levels for any kind of LCD monitor would be as well.

The problem I’m having is that a digital painting I’m working on in Photoshop has a lot of dark values in it, which blend in nicely on the Cintiq21UX monitors I have at college.
However, when I open the file on a computer with a standard LCD monitor (and some of the other Cintiqs), some of those dark and/or shaded values appear to be a lot brighter, throwing the color balance off. I’m not entirely certain whether one or the other is too bright or not bright enough.

I’m wondering what the standard is, so that I can make adjustments to my painting and not have to worry about it looking completely off if someone were to view it on another monitor.

Many thanks in advance!
